History
Advanced Body Image Laser Clinic & Lotus Day Spa are the combination of one business in one location with two very different experiences. After providing treatments in Nightcliff for over 14 years, Katy relocated to Darwin Corporate Park to realise her vision of establishing the Territory’s most sophisticated clinical treatment facility alongside a luxury day spa complete with traditional hammam. Opened in 2015, Lotus Day Spa and Advanced Body Images boast a team of fully qualified and trained staff and over 15 treatment rooms in a luxurious and spacious 500m2 clinic and day spa.

The Day Spa rooms are also soundproof, and the furnishings and artifacts from around the world create a haven of peace, relaxation and the escape we all need at times from our busy modern lives. Spa Lotus houses Australia’s 3rd traditional hammam stream temple complete with Moroccan mosaic tiles, starey lighting and relaxation music. This stunningly beautiful day spa has a Turkish influence with mosaic lighting and art through out. Complete with a traditional hammam steam temple with stary ceiling and music you are as close to utopia as humanly possible.

Clinically Advanced Body Image has always been the Territory’s pioneer in every type of laser and skin treatment. We constantly evolve our skills and equipment to meet the latest technology advancements. We acknowledge every person is unique with their own needs and offer a range of laser and clinical treatments tailored to the individual.
All laser and medical treatments are performed in clinical treatment rooms. Offering 4 certified laser rooms, a CoolSculpting & MedContour body sculpting room complete with wifi, 150+ movies on Apple TV to keep out clients comfortable and entertained during long treatments. 5 clinical skin treatment & medical rooms for consulting plastic surgeons, cosmetic specialists and skin cancer specialists
Quality Expertise
Advanced Body Image has always had a strong focus on continued education and providing advanced training to beauty therapists, so much so that we have a purpose built training facility allocated. This allows regular interstate trainers to travel, train and assess ABI employees to an international level. Our training facility also caters to our constant flow of apprentices and our commitment to giving back to our industry, we also have future aspirations to become a registered training organization and deliver training in line with national training package for beauty therapists, dermal therapists.
