Non-surgical body contouring

CoolSculpting

Reduce selected stubborn pockets of fat without surgery, with a personalised contouring plan shaped around your body and the areas you would like to refine.

How this treatment can help

Refine stubborn areas with non-surgical fat freezing

CoolSculpting can help create a more balanced contour in areas where a pinchable pocket of fat remains despite your usual lifestyle. There are no incisions or anaesthetic, and most clients return to their normal day after the appointment.

The applicator cools suitable fat cells to a carefully controlled temperature. Over the following weeks, your body gradually processes the affected cells, so change develops naturally rather than appearing overnight.

With more than 7,000 CoolSculpting treatments performed and over 15 years of experience, our team knows that applicator choice and placement matter. We assess your shape from several angles and plan the cycles around the contour you want to improve—not simply the area name.

Your treatment experience

What the treatment process looks like

01

Before

We assess tissue thickness, skin, applicator fit, hernia risk, cold sensitivity, medical history and whether body contouring—not weight loss—matches your goal.

02

During

A gel pad and applicator are positioned over the marked area. Controlled cooling and suction may feel intensely cold at first before the area becomes numb.

03

After

The area is commonly massaged. Most clients return to normal activity, although numbness, tenderness, swelling or aching can last days or weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered clearly

These answers explain the general experience. Your consultation is where we confirm what is appropriate for your skin, health and goals.

Is CoolSculpting a weight-loss treatment?

No. It is intended for contouring selected pockets of superficial subcutaneous fat. It does not treat obesity or replace nutrition, exercise or medical weight-management care.

When will I see results?

Change develops as the body processes affected fat cells. Results are commonly visible between 8–12 weeks, although timing and the degree of change vary between clients.

How many cycles or sessions will I need?

That depends on the area, applicator fit, symmetry, tissue volume and desired contour. One area may need multiple overlapping cycles and some clients choose staged sessions.

Is there downtime?

Most clients resume normal activity after treatment, but this does not mean no side effects. Redness, bruising, swelling, firmness, tingling, sensitivity, aching and temporary numbness are common possibilities.

What is paradoxical adipose hyperplasia?

It is a rare complication where the treated fatty area enlarges and becomes firmer rather than reducing. It may require surgical correction. This risk must be discussed before consent.

Who should not have CoolSculpting?

It is contraindicated for certain cold-related blood disorders. Pregnancy, cold sensitivity, poor circulation, hernia, recent surgery, wounds, skin disease, nerve problems, bleeding risk and implanted devices require careful review.

Personalised professional care

Experience matters when treatment is personal

Our qualified and experienced team starts with what concerns you, then selects the treatment, technique and settings around your skin or body—not a one-size-fits-all menu.

Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, numbness or altered sensation can occur. Rare but significant complications are discussed during consultation, including paradoxical adipose hyperplasia.
