Start with the concern
Skin Consultation & VISIA Skin Digital Analysis
Leave with a clear understanding of your skin, the treatments most likely to help, what should happen first and what you can realistically expect.
How this treatment can help
Stop guessing and start with a plan made for your skin
You do not need to know which facial, laser or machine to choose. Tell us what bothers you, what has changed and the result you hope to see. Our experienced team looks at your skin, listens to your history and explains which options genuinely fit—and which ones do not.
Where useful, VISIA digital skin analysis and consistent photography help us document visible spots, redness, texture and pores. The images give you a clearer view of what we are assessing and a reliable baseline for comparing progress.
You leave with sensible priorities rather than a confusing menu. Your pathway may involve one treatment, a staged program, home care, preparation, review or referral. We explain how each recommended option works, the benefits you may notice, the expected recovery and the current cost before you decide.

What the treatment process looks like
Tell us the whole story
Bring a list of medicines, active skincare, allergies and previous treatments. Tell us about pregnancy, breastfeeding, cold sores, abnormal scarring, sun exposure and relevant diagnoses.
Examine and document
We assess the skin in appropriate light. Photography or VISIA imaging may provide a repeatable baseline when it will genuinely help planning and review.
Choose priorities
We explain which concern should be addressed first, what each option can and cannot do, preparation, downtime, risks, expected maintenance and the current price.

VISIA skin analysis
Standardised imaging supports a clearer treatment plan
VISIA can document selected surface and subsurface features under controlled lighting. It supports consultation, photography and comparison over time without replacing clinical judgement or medical diagnosis.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered clearly
These answers explain the general experience. Your consultation is where we confirm what is appropriate for your skin, health and goals.
Is the skin consultation really free?
Yes. The current public booking menu lists a 30-minute skin consultation as free. If a separate diagnostic or medical appointment is needed, that is discussed before booking.
Do I need to stop skincare before the consultation?
Usually no, but bring the product names or photographs of labels. If your skin is acutely irritated, stop the suspected product and seek medical advice when symptoms are severe.
What is VISIA skin analysis?
VISIA is a photographic imaging system that standardises lighting and facial position to document selected surface and subsurface features. It supports comparison over time but does not diagnose skin cancer or replace a dermatologist.
Will I be sold a package?
The purpose is to give you a prioritised plan and current pricing. You can decide whether, when and how to proceed. A plan may recommend one treatment, a course, home care, review or no cosmetic treatment.
Can you diagnose a changing mole?
No. New, changing, irregular, bleeding or otherwise concerning lesions need assessment by a medical practitioner trained in skin-cancer diagnosis, not a cosmetic treatment consultation.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Sometimes for simple, low-risk services with adequate time, but many laser, peel, needling, CO2, body and permanent-cosmetic treatments require preparation, consent or a separate booking.
Personalised professional care
Experience matters when treatment is personal
Our qualified and experienced team starts with what concerns you, then selects the treatment, technique and settings around your skin or body—not a one-size-fits-all menu.
A cosmetic skin consultation is not a substitute for medical diagnosis. Rapid change, pain, bleeding, infection, severe acne, suspicious lesions or systemic symptoms may require referral.
